Where to Host a Company Dinner in Jongno

Team dinners near Jonggak and Gwanghwamun — why a spacious, share-everything bansang restaurant is the easy answer, plus booking tips.

Where to Host a Company Dinner in Jongno

What Makes a Good Company Dinner Spot

A great hoesik (company dinner) venue near the office needs three things: enough space to seat the team comfortably, food that’s easy to share and please everyone, and a location that’s an easy walk from work. In the Jonggak and Gwanghwamun area, that’s a tall order at a fair price.

Why a Bansang Restaurant Works

Home-style Korean food is the safest crowd-pleaser: there’s something for the spice-lovers (jeyuk bokkeum, kimchi-jjim) and something for everyone else (bossam, buchu-jeon, black-sesame pork fritters). Dishes come family-style, so the table naturally shares and conversation flows.

Our spacious interior seats groups comfortably, and drinks — dongdongju, soju, beer — are all on hand.

Booking Tips

For groups, call ahead so we can arrange the best seating. We’re open weekdays until 22:00 (last order 21:00), which suits an after-work dinner, and we’re closed on weekends. We’re two minutes from Jonggak Station Exit 4, an easy walk for teams across Jongno.

Order a few signatures for the table, add extra pork or sides as you go, and let the night take care of itself.
